VINCI's internal data platform — the back office used by teams worldwide to query traffic, finance and operations data. I led a full redesign inside their existing, mature design system: an AI assistant with structured query tokens and scope guardrails, visible reasoning for trust, intent-based routing, and light/dark theming — an interface simple enough for every audience, from analysts to non-technical operations staff.
